How do I get a garment made to measure?

Leave your bust, waist, hip and height measurements in your comments at the checkout if you require fit personalisation. We will be in touch if we require any further information.

Where are your garments made?

All garments are made in Auckland, New Zealand.

What is made-to-order?

As we're a small business, we don't hold stock of all sizes. Our pre-orders are made specifically for you in Auckland, New Zealand with a lead time of 4 weeks.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is made and dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Our current lead time on pre-orders is 4 weeks.

Can I exchange my garment for a different size?

We don't currently allow for exchanges as each piece is made-to-order. If you're unsure of which size to order, please refer to our SIZE CHART or get in contact via our CONTACT page for any help choosing your perfect size.
